Privacy Policy

MyMoments is a division of Jetline Corporate Print Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

WHAT WE COLLECT

When you shop with us we collect only what we need to serve you well. That includes: your name and surname, email address, contact number, delivery or collection address, order history, the designs and images you upload for print, and payment confirmation information from our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card details - those are handled directly by PayFast (a PCI-DSS compliant South African payment gateway).

When you visit our website we also collect standard technical information: your browser type, device, IP address, and how you navigated the site. We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember what is in your cart.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your personal information to: process and fulfil your orders, keep you informed of your order status, deliver or make products available for collection at the store you selected, respond to your queries, send you transactional emails (order confirmation, ready-for-collection notice, and password resets), and improve our website and service. Where you have consented we may also send you occasional updates about new products or promotions - you can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

Your information is shared only where necessary to complete your order. That includes: PayFast (for payment processing), our production system (to print your order), our delivery partner or the Jetline store you have chosen for collection, and our email delivery service. We do not sell your personal information to any third party for any reason.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep order records for as long as required by South African tax and accounting law (currently five years from the end of the tax year in which the order was placed). Design files uploaded for print are kept for a reasonable period after fulfilment so we can reprint if there is a production issue, and are then deleted. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe or close your account.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is inaccurate, ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep, object to us using your information for marketing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe we have not handled your information properly.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@jetline.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time (usually within 30 days).

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date below and, where the change is significant, notify signed-in customers by email.
