Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the MyMoments online store at mymoments.jetline.co.za (the "Site") and the products and services you order from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

WHO WE ARE

MyMoments is a trading division of Jetline Corporate Print Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa. References in these terms to "we", "us", and "our" mean Jetline Corporate Print Solutions (Pty) Ltd, and references to "you" and "your" mean the customer using the Site.

YOUR ACCOUNT

To place an order, save designs, or track your order history, you will need to register an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details (email address and password) secure. Do not share your account with anyone else. Let us know immediately at hello@mymoments.co.za if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to register an account and place an order.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order on the Site, you are making an offer to buy the products at the price shown at checkout. Your order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation email. Until then we may decline your order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or production error, or if we suspect fraud.

Once an order is accepted, a binding contract of sale exists between you and us on these terms.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery fees, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout. Prices may change from time to time - the price binding on us is the one displayed at checkout at the moment you complete payment.

Payment is processed by PayFast, a South African payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card details. Your order will only enter production once PayFast confirms the payment.

Gift vouchers may be redeemed at checkout in place of payment for the specific product they were purchased for. Discount codes may be redeemed within their validity period and are subject to any specific terms shown at the time of purchase.

DESIGN, PRODUCTION, AND YOUR CONTENT

Our products are custom-printed to designs you create using our online design tools. By uploading photos or other content to design your product, you confirm that you own or have the right to use that content, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to reproduce it for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not use your uploaded content for any other purpose and we do not display it publicly on the Site.

You may not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, infringes anyone else's rights (including copyright), or is otherwise objectionable. We may refuse to print any order where the design breaches this clause.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

Delivery timelines shown on the Site are indicative and depend on the product ordered and the delivery method chosen. We will do our best to meet them but cannot guarantee an exact date. Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you on delivery or collection.

If a delivery attempt fails and the courier returns your order to us, we will hold it for you and contact you to arrange redelivery - a redelivery fee may apply.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Cancellations, returns, refunds, and reprints are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

LIABILITY

We take reasonable care in producing your order, but our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example lost profits, lost data, or emotional distress) except where the law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by South African law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site, its design, our brand, and all text, images, and code that we own or have licensed remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property for any purpose except to place an order and use the products you have ordered.

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend your account or refuse to accept future orders where you have materially breached these terms, misused the Site, or engaged in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@mymoments.co.za.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to any order is the version in force at the time you place the order. Where a change is significant, we will notify signed-in customers by email.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. If a dispute arises between us that we cannot resolve informally, it will be dealt with in the Magistrates' Court or High Court of South Africa having jurisdiction.
